FESTIVAL TIMETABLE

The Day & Night Festival 2011 is taking place on the 10th of September 2011 at the racecourse Freudenau:

Saturday, 10th. September 2011
Core Area: Saturday, 10.09. starting 12am – Sunday, 11.09., 6am
Box Office and Wristband Hand out: 10.09. from 11am – Sunday, 11.09., 6am
Parking:  Saturday, 10.09. from 11am – Sunday, 11.09., 06am


TICKETS

Tickets for the Day & Night Festival 2011 are available at every official ticket agents and at the box office. If you did not purchase your ticket at an official Ticket Agency or official deal we can not assure, that you do have in fact an official ticket or an fake In this case we reserve the right to refuse entry to the festival area.

VIP/PRESS

The VIP Area is only accessible with an VIP Ticket or  press accreditation. The VIP Area is roofed over with seats, an VIP Bar and an lounge area.VIP Tickets are available at every official ticket agents and at the box office.

ARRIVAL

The racecourse Freudenau (Freudenau 65, 1020 Wien) is reachable comfortable with public transport.

Metro: U2 Stadion
Bus: 77A rill Freudenau or 60B Aspernallee (5min per pedes)
Train: Praterkai (10min per pedes)

Taxi: racecourse Freudenau, Freudenau 65, 1020 Wien
Car: Parking Lot on premise (garded)
Bycicle: Through the prate parkway,  Praterhauptallee,
Per Pedes: 35min from U2 Statio Stadion

There is a shuttle bus from Metro Station U2 Stadion and the racecourse operating spaced.


ARE THERE ATMs AT THE FESTIVAL AREA?

You have the possibility to pay with credit card at selected barss. There is no ATM at the festival area or nearby. We advise you to take enough Cash with you.


WHERE AND WHEN CAN TICKETS BE EXCHANGED FOR WRISTBANDS?

At the selected Box offices, your tickets can be exchanged for wristbands The wristbands are beeing attached by our staff and are not transerable. VIP Wristbands are available at the VIP counter.


AM I ALOUD TO BRING MY OWN CAMERA?

Professional Foto Equipment without an press accreditation is not permitted on the festival area. You can of course bring your own Digicam for personal use.


IS THE FESTIVAL TAKING PLACE AT ANY WHEATER?

The Festival is taking place at any wheater condition. Please note. that it can be very sunny (sun burn/sun stroke) or very drizzly and windy (bring a Pullover/rain coat along).

EAR PROTECTION

Earmuffs are available at the entrances und at the box offices.


FIRST AID

The Paramedics are stationed directly at the core area.


CIGARETTES

There are Cigarettes available at all Bars, the variety is however limited.


PROTECTION OF MINORS

The Austrian Youth Protection Act in the last legal version s active. Our security staff is advised to act on it. Entry from 16 years.
